Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Last updated: Nov 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CloudAid (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

CloudAid provides cloud management and DevOps services, including but not limited to cloud migrations, infrastructure management, and DevOps support for AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.

3. User responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Not use our services to transmit any harmful code or engage in any malicious activities

4. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by CloudAid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and billing

Fees for our services are set forth on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms in effect when a fee is due and payable. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.

6. Subscriptions, hours and cancellation

Subscription plans include the monthly work hours listed on our pricing page. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Additional hours and off-hours work are billed at the rates on our pricing page, and only after you approve the work. You can cancel your subscription at any time; charges stop from the next billing cycle.

7. Scope of services

Our services cover servers, cloud infrastructure, web servers and databases. Unless agreed in writing, we do not develop new features, change website content or design, or update or fix your application code. You remain responsible for your applications, your data and your own backups unless backup management is part of the agreed work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the services in a way that could harm us, other customers or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and limitation of liability, survive.

10. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
